Terms and Conditions – 777as Gaming Platform

1. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 777as you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777as is strictly an adult platform and does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any games or betting activity.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person, company, or organisation.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity as a sports trader, arbitrage bettor, or on behalf of a syndicate.
• You must not have previously held a 777as account that was closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• The information you provide during registration — including your full name, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate, current, and complete.

777as reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Documents commonly requested include a valid CNIC, a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account confirming ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

1.1 Accurate Information

It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or payment details change, you must update them in your account settings promptly. 777as will not be responsible for failed withdrawals or missed communications caused by outdated account information.

2. Account Rules

Each player is permitted a single 777as account. Creating more than one account — whether using a different name, a different mobile number, or a different payment method — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

2.1 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact 777as support immediately via the contact details listed in Section 13. 777as will not be liable for losses that result from your failure to keep your account credentials confidential.

2.2 Account Currency

All 777as accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to switch the account currency. All deposits, withdrawals, bet amounts, bonus values, and account balances are displayed and processed in PKR.

2.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 777as reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified by email or SMS before any fee is applied. Reactivating your account is straightforward — simply log in and, if needed, make a deposit to restore full access.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 777as are conducted in PKR. The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, direct bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets.

3.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 300. There is no fixed maximum deposit, though 777as reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for operational or risk management reasons. If a limit applies to your account, you will be informed when attempting a transaction that exceeds it.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 777as balance within seconds of confirmation through your mobile wallet OTP. Raast transfers are also processed quickly. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within one hour, contact support with your transaction reference number.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and cannot be overridden. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically processed within a few hours of approval.
• Raast and Bank Transfer: typically processed within one business day of approval.
• Cards: processing time depends on the issuing bank and may take two to five business days to appear in your account.

3.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

777as may require identity and payment method verification before processing a withdrawal request. This is standard practice and is in place to protect both players and the platform. Please ensure your account verification documents are up to date to avoid delays.

3.5 Refused Transactions

777as reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it believes, in good faith, to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the funds will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a breach.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

777as offers a range of bonuses and promotions to active players. These are described in detail on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated when the offer is presented. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on PKR 500 means you must place a total of PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

A bonus is only available to eligible players as defined by the specific promotion. Eligibility criteria may include minimum deposit amounts, first-deposit-only restrictions, game type restrictions (for example, a Slots bonus may not contribute towards Casino wagering requirements), or time limits within which the wagering must be completed.

4.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one active bonus can be held at any time. If you claim a new promotion while an existing bonus is active and partially wagered, the original bonus may be forfeited. Contact support before claiming a second promotion if you have an active bonus balance you want to preserve.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk during wagering, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses cancelled, their account reviewed, and potentially closed. Funds generated through bonus abuse may be voided.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all sections of 777as — Sports Betting, Casino, Slot Games, Bingo, and Live Casino.

5.1 Sports Betting

Bets on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other events are accepted subject to the odds and markets displayed at the time of placement. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. In the case of a dispute over a result, 777as will use the official score or outcome as published by the event organiser.

In-play (live) bets are accepted up to the point at which the market is suspended. 777as reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the relevant event or period has concluded if there has been a delay in the market closing.

5.2 Casino and Live Casino

Casino games — including Live Casino tables, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat and other table games — are operated under the rules displayed within each game. Where a technical failure interrupts a game round, bets placed during the affected round will be returned to your balance. Completed rounds that have already been settled are not affected by subsequent technical issues.

5.3 Slot Games

Slot games operate on a random number generator (RNG) basis. Results are independent of previous spins. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot is available within the game information panel. 777as does not guarantee any specific outcome or session result.

5.4 Bingo

Bingo rooms at 777as run scheduled games across 90-ball, 75-ball and speed bingo formats. Ticket prices are shown in PKR before you join a room. Once a game has started, ticket purchases for that game are closed. Prize amounts are confirmed in the room lobby before each game begins and are not subject to change after the game has started.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market and event. The applicable limits are displayed within each game or market. 777as reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6. Responsible Gaming

777as is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming at 777as should be an entertainment activity. It is not a reliable way to make money and should never be treated as one. The following principles underpin our approach to responsible gaming.

• Set a personal budget before you deposit — only play with money you can genuinely afford to spend on entertainment.
• Use the deposit limit tools in your account settings to enforce your budget automatically. Limits can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis in PKR.
• Session time reminders are available in your account settings. Use them to keep track of how long you have been playing.
• If you feel that gaming is having a negative effect on your finances, your relationships or your daily routine, use the self-exclusion tool to restrict your access for a defined period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777as platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and, where confirmed, permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human method to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a confirmed error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in Casino games, Bingo rooms, or any other section of the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or process transactions that are the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to the backend systems of the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with 777as staff or other players through any channel.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party using funds that are not your own, unless specific written permission has been granted by 777as.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777as platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text content, and software — is the property of 777as or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the 777as platform without prior written consent. Scraping, data harvesting, or any automated collection of content from the platform is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

777as provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777as will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits 777as's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. If you have a concern about a specific transaction or game outcome, please contact support as described in Section 13.

10. Privacy and Data

777as collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document. 11. Account Termination

11.1 Closure by You

You may close your 777as account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

11.2 Closure by 777as

777as reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account closure include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, age verification failure, duplicate account detection, abusive behaviour towards staff, or extended inactivity. In cases of closure due to a breach, any balance may be forfeited following investigation.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

If you choose to self-exclude via the responsible gaming tools in your account settings, 777as will restrict your access for the period you select. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will be treated as a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Amendments to These Terms

777as reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 777as platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
